QRONGE wont help you if your bike comes damaged, back brake disc bent, sent the bike back for repairs and then kept the bike and wont tell amazon i sent them it, even tho i have receipt and tracking info

This bike is fun, but extremely dangerous. It has lots of power and is great off-road on dirt, mud, and gravel. I was actually surprised how capable this inexpensive E bike is. BUT - It has a half twist throttle and SO much torque that if you hit a bump, the bike might just take off on you. I wrecked pretty hard to no fault of my own. If you look at the company website, the newer version of the qronge X1 Spark bikes have full twist throttles. A full twist throttle and a smaller rear sprocket would make the bike much better in my opinion. It would have less torque and more top speed. A 41 tooth rear sprocket is only about $15 on Amazon (bike comes w/52 teeth on rear sprocket). I have written the company to see if they offer their full twist throttle for purchase. Buying an aftermarket full twist throttle would void my warranty and require some crafty wiring to make the ignition and mode button still functional. Bottom line, this bike would be perfect with less low end power and a full twist throttle. I would give it 5/5 stars if that was the case.

Fast and really fast. Not to happy with how It came but we got it working how it should. To many things on the bike were not tightened down enough. Bike is working good for the last few months. I would of gave it 5 stars but we had to do a lot of work to it right out of the box, mostly re tightening everything. Customer service is really good when you need to contact them. Fast replies back.
