I replaced $4500 Segway with this bike after my Segway X260 died. As others have commented, it's a bit smaller than a full size dirt bike but it's super quick - as fast or faster than my Segway! The seat is harder and the suspension stiffer than the X260, although I have yet to mess with the suspension to see if I can soften it up a bit. I've ridden it a little over 12 hard miles and the charge is only one bar down! It pulls really hard off the line in all three modes, but mode 1 tops at 20 mph, mode 2 tops at 35 mph and mode 3 tops at about 50! It was quite easily assembled since all you have to do it attach the handlebars,1 foot peg and the rear wheel. My only complaint is there's not much information in the user manual or the factory video. Example: Manual states the battery can be charged in or out of the bike, however no information on how to remove the battery (and it doesn't appear to be a simple task). Also, there's a circuit breaker button near the battery to motor plug. My bike was completely dead until I figured out I needed to reset it before the bike came to life (again, nothing in the manual or the video talks about the breaker). Overall, bike is awesome - I may buy a second for parts to bring my Segway back to life!

yo this one was actually really nice, i bought yozma in 10, and my friend got this one, even tho the yozma is still powerful this one was actually ripping through the dirt and throwing it on me while i was being left in his dust plus this ones 400$ cheaper than the yozma
