I generally don't like honey as it bothers my stomach (makes me 'go' too quickly) but I want to enjoy the health benefits of honey. This honey worked very well for me. I think it suits me because it isn't overly sweet. I also bought the ARASHAN brand and although that too tasted good, it was more flowery, almost like rose. OneRoot is more mellow and tastes great in coffee.

I consider myself a honey connoisseur, and I'm always looking for something new to try. Quite frankly I was expecting this honey to be just so-so based on some of the reviews. However, after receiving my honey and having the pleasure of tasting it, I have to say this is the best honey I have ever had. Perfectly balanced with regards to sweetness and, oh, so terrifically wonderful. And don't be concerned about the negative reviews about the white foam. This is the good stuff and is supposed to be in the honey. I will never go back to eating regular liquid honey, ever. If you really love honey, I highly recommend you give this one a try. I bought the small jar since this was my first purchase, but I'm buying the large jar the next time. Oh so yummy!! I especially love this honey on my Stonyfield Greek Yogurt (full fat), and my toast in the mornings. I'm already looking forward to my next treat...! 😋
