This is a good chair. Love the massage pillow, very powerful. I can not give it five stars because the instructions are horrendous. Looks like a 5 year old drew them. They crammed the instructions onto one piece of paper. Also DO NOT unpack everything from the plastic. The plastic tells you what piece is what. I had to rebuild and adjust this chair build 4-5 times before I got it right. I had to find tutorial videos on YouTube that also did not explain it all. Once it is complete it is amazing. Good solid parts, and very nice to recline in. I wish I had more management of the chair tilt though. I feel like I'm sliding forward sometimes. ... show more

So by all accounts it’s a fine chair, I definitely think it would be easier to put together if you had another person it does not appear to be a one person job. i’ve had this chair for a few months now and there is some kind of washer on the bottom of the chair that broke and it makes the chair a little wobbly on the top, and also the foot rest gets a lot of wear. The back massaging cushion is not really worth it but if you want that kind of pillow support it’s nice. ... show more

Chair arrived early. Which was nice. However, upon trying to assemble, one of the main screw anchors in the seat that is meant to secure the back rest was completely loose. It was not anchored in the base whatsoever. The seat back couldn't be secured and the chair could not be safely assembled. Customer support was quick to respond and was able to ship out a replacement part quickly. I got everything put together and have been able to use it for a few days. So far I am enjoying it. It's quite comfortable, even for long periods. The USB cord for the massage feature is a little shorter than I'd like, but not a deal breaker. As someone with a bad lower back, the lumbar cushion is adjustable and supports decently. We'll see how long it holds up in the long run, but so far it's great for the price. Knocking off 1 star just because I had to deal with broken parts from the get go, but otherwise dont have any complaints. ... show more

The chair shipped quickly - perhaps too quickly. When I unpacked the chair and began assembling, only to find that key components are missing. The seller shipped the missing parts overnight. The chair is quite comfortable. The only negatives for me is that the foot rest feels uncomfortably awkward (I am 6'2 and on the large side. This product initially came containing instructions for another model of chair, which made assembly impossible. Once I contacted the company and they emailed me the correct instructions, it took maybe 45 minutes to assemble. Kid loves it, seems like a decent product so far. really if it seat wasn't so hard, that it reminds me of a plane seat it would be 5 stars. After about 3 hours it's like being on a plane and I feel the need to stand up and move around. Tried to make sure it was seated fully and thought I did as well as a couple of times since getting it together.
