Bought this for my bike after my old light died. I was not able to charge the headlight so I wrote to them, and I got a response in 24hrs. They made several suggestions but after another day of trying to charge the headlight I wrote them back and said it still won't charge. They apologized and said they would send another headlight and I did not have to return the old one. The new headlight arrived in a week and works fine. The taillight charged with no problem so I knew the cable that was included was good. I wrote them back to tell them the new light works, and they responded that they were happy to solve my problem. I feel this is a good company to buy from and the product is well made.

A primera vista parece de buen meterial, pero en el primero momento al usarlo sin pasar 5 minutos usándolo a 2000 LM me sale un error de recalentamiento, solicité a Amazon un reemplazo pero resulta que da el mismo error, dentro de la caja del producto viene una tarjeta de contacto del fabricante, les envié un correo para saber si opinión. Y me respondieron lo siguiente, estoy pegando la respuesta de su parte aquí: Estimado cliente, Le pedimos disculpas por la mala experiencia de compra. En cuanto a la cuestión de la linterna de la bicicleta se apaga después de sobrecalentamiento, creemos que esto es común a todas las luces de alto lumen. El faro para bicicleta está diseñado con protección térmica en mente para proteger los chips incorporados y las baterías. Las luces de alto lumen disminuirán automáticamente en lúmenes o se apagarán. Por lo tanto, no recomendamos mantener una luz de alto lumen en el modo de alto lumen durante largos períodos de tiempo. Si esto no resuelve su problema, por favor proporciónenos un video o fotos. Estamos dispuestos a proporcionarle un reemplazo. Disculpe de nuevo las molestias. Esperamos tener noticias suyas. I'm returning my item because of other parts I ordered from Amazon did not come in. It was on the truck at 2pm out for delivery by 10pm. At 10pm Another message said it was still on its way. at 11:30pm now saying I will not get my item ordered till two days from now. How can it be on the truck out for delivery and now I have to wait two more days? This is not the vendor problem but a pure Amazon issue. Failure to do its job and provide customer service for a prime customer.
