    • Transmission gear pattern is bad - it's all 4 down; not 1 down 3 up.

Assembly was easy, bike started right away and rides good a year later after purchase. Only real complaint is the trans gear pattern - it's a dangerously bad design. Very hard to get into neutral or downshift (since it's actually a toe flip up instead of down). Gear pattern is up for neutral and to downshift, and press down for 1-4 gears.
