Product looks of good quality. Box and packaging looked fine. When opened bag, saw mount had marks from the hardware bag. I would have liked to contact seller, to make them aware of potential problem. It was not an option, replacement or refund. I will keep it. The reviews warned of threads stripping out on mount. The bolts do look a little short, there is a little bit more thread to grab in hole. I am going to get some longer bolts, and apply blue loctite. ... show more

    • Pretty Disappointed So Far
Product description says 1 and 3/4 to 2 and 1/2. Installed on a 1 and 7/8 rack and the rack keeps sliding as soon as I put a board in it. Still haven't figured out a work around but will update if I do.

Looks like a decent product but the bungee was assembled in the wrong hole. I had to take one of the wire "crimps" off one end to relocate it and of course it broke in the process- now one end has the crimp and sits nicely recessed in the hole while the other is tied in a knot and doesn't really sit down flush... ... show more

    • Good rack - Top seller and uncomplicated communication
After initially receiving an incomplete package, a replacement was sent to me very quickly. The article is well made. During installation, as always, make sure that the screws are provided with Loctite, then there will be no problems during use!

the bolts that come with it are too short and did not have loctite on them so they vibrated loose almost instantly. Luckily the rack fell into the boat and not into the water. I tried to re-mount the rack back to the provided tower clamp with the same bolts but now with loctite but they were so short that they stripped the threading on the minimal threads that caught. I am going to try to buy longer bolt and use the loctite and hope they all stay. I may update my rating if I can make it work but for the extra work and almost loosing the rack into the drink I wouldn't recommend this product to a friend. Perhaps to an enemy though.... ... show more

So we bought this, put it on the boat, but it kept sliding down. We gave it another shot, put loctite on all the screws and it did okay for a while. Eventually it worked it’s way down the tower and eventually fell apart while we were on our towable tube. Luckily we stopped in time before we ran over what was left of the holder and our two wakeboards. ... show more

I bought 2 and only installed 1. But it was easy to install once I cut the rubber to size to fit the tower. Holds 2 wakeboards easily.
