This tube uses average materials- thickness of the nylon cover and the bladder. Handles are decently made and it has straps on the rear to aid in redoarding while in the water. Riders will get some elbow and knee chafing during hard rides.

This tube was easy to inflate. When I took the picture I had only inflated it 1X and was waiting for it to stretch out to inflate it again. The material is sturdy and holds up going fast behind a ski boat. The rope easily hooks on to the tube. The handles are comfortable to hold on to and provide padding for when you hit bumps. The base is easy to lay on your stomach. My only complaint is that it’s thin so when starting off behind the boat you need to lean back. Tho the thin makes it easier to get back on quickly when you fall off. So good & bad! ... show more

This is a great tube for one large person. It can be used by two if they're average size and not big and three littler kids, but it tends to snorkel a bit with more weight than one big person or two average-sized people on it. The fabric is durable as are the handles--well stitched and solid. Used sporadically like we use tubes, it should last for many years. If you're using it daily, well you'll get a couple years out of it, maybe more. For the price, this is a real bargain. You'll find lots of positive reviews of this tube on the sites that sell it--and on the site I found it on it's selling for $190, $70 more than Amazon's price. ... show more

This is 6 feet across. Made of a zippered nylon on the outside, with a inflatable insert. I am wanting this for snow actually, to tow behind the 4wheeler. I will update when we get to use it.

I've tested a large number of towable tubes now and this one presents a great value for the quality it offers. It is well constructed, has quality stitching, uses seemingly durable materials and vinyl, and has all the quality I'd expect from a name brand tube. The "Boston" style valve is great for easy one-way inflation and super quick deflation. The handles are comfy and well padded. There is a drain on the tube to keep it from bogging down under tow and to allow it to easily drain when you are packing it up. There's a nice quick-connect adapter to make for fast and secure rope attachment. My only complaint with this tube is that the cover is just a bit large for the tube resulting in a bit of a saggy look. The vinyl tube inflates very firmly but the covering is just a bit too large for it. I don't think this has a large affect on function but it looks goofy. I'd recommend this tube for an affordable option to get out on the water easily without having to lug around a huge & heavy tube.
