I've purchased 3 but only kept 2 as one if them was not programmable. The process was simple but the device failed to connect. No problem as Amazon refunded the money quickly.

Let me start by saying that I have three other Wyze cameras that I purchased in 2018 that are still working and were a breeze to set up. I followed the directions to activate these two new cameras. They both had issues in the setup process. The 1st one I tried to set up, got hung up with a steay yellow indicator light and would not allow me to complete the activation process. After a Google search on this topic, it appears that this is a common issue and has little recourse. The 2nd camera I tried to install I got thru the activation process to the point right after reading the QR code. Then the camera would not finish activation and was stuck with a stead blue light indicator. Now I have two useless cameras.

I have bought 6 Wyze cameras Thinking I was doing something wrong It will work but god forbid if you have to move to to a new location in your house It will never connect again. You have to keep resetting and trying to start over and over But it won’t work After 6 different cameras I give up Obviously it’s their piece of crap that won’t work .
