Will keep they are better then what i had. Don't feel they are anywhere near as sharp as my other wusthof knives.

    • Great knives but be careful if adding to an existing set
These flare out at the end and are not straight handled so they do not match the others I have - I wanted to have more for entertaining. So I will save these as a gift and buy another set on Amazon I found that are straight handled.

Knives are etched (not forged) but still very good. Lightweight but strong, with easy cutting.

Thought a box of dishes were being delivered - the knives were packaged in 3 cartons surrounded by a lot of packing material! I ordered them as Acceptable and paid a lot less. Wasn't sure what to expect but I took a chance. I'm very happy to say that they're great! Three of the knives lacked blade protectors which is something that I can live with but that was the only thing I noticed. They seem to be brand new. These knives are REALLY sharp and look like they can cut through anything, so be careful! ... show more
