Using it with body temperature water, as recommended, makes the process comfortable and dizziness-free, which is crucial for my kids who have frequent ear wax issues. I have excessive ear wax buildup and have been searching for an easy effective way to clean my ears and remove excess ear wax for years. Using by yourself, the shower or bathtub is clearly the best place to use this product as it results in much easier cleanup of area around where used. As mentioned in title of this review, I found the (warm) water reservoir too small and awkward to refill, especially while in shower. I refilled at least twice the first time I used it while in shower (for both ears). Also the mode button which is used to increase or decrease the force of the water going into your ear is wonky. Sometimes had to press repeatedly to get it to change (flush power) and at other times pressing it did no good. To me these are the only negatives I have so far discovered but the result after using for the first time for 5-10 minutes (the more times you use and am familiar with how the Wush operates, the faster the process is) was positive. I had a chunk of ear wax stuck on my shoulder after stepping out of shower. Ears felt clean with no discomfort while using Wush or after. You decide which of 3 force settings on mode switch is most comfortable. I quickly used the maximum level and never felt it was too strong. To me this product is much better than an ear bulb or irrigation syringe. Takes much less time, is easier to do yourself and worked effectively without first having to put ear wax removal drops in ears and keeping head tilted for a while. Overall a great idea that only needs fine tuning to perfect. Even though I was skeptical of this products effectiveness when deciding whether to purchase, I am happy I tried this product and do not believe it was over hyped.

I want anyone to know who reads this that this is a great product, and I certainly didn't expect it to be as good as it was. I got it because I had a gift card and my left ear was clogged more so than my right. It was starting to bug me because I knew how good my hearing was before my ear was clogged. The instructions said to put the nozzle in my ear on a low setting to start with, which I picked the highest because MD now has cleaned my ears before at a high setting. Plus, it's just water, with a little added pressure I would add. The instructions also said to try flushing my ear out for up to 10 to 15 minutes. Of course, taking a break in between to not only refill the reservoir with warm water, but also to try to get the stuff in my ear out, including the water. At first, I didn't notice anything coming out into the sink, but then I checked the nozzle. Without going into detail, let's just say it did a fantastic job! It took me about 7 tries, but I just kept going and I'm glad I did! Not only can I hear really good now, but with distinction. I can listen to conversations without having to ask people what they're saying, or just nodding like a bubbling idiot because I didn't want the other person to feel like I was ignoring them, when in reality I couldn't hear what they were saying in a group of people. I can also hear the reverberation change in every room, which I was not able to do before. I'm able to hear a wider of a range of frequencies as well, which really helps because I help with pro-audio. I'm extremely grateful for this product. 20/10, Higly recommend!

I never tried one of these things, but my ears felt pressure so I figured I'd give it a go. 60 dollars, steep price but I thought I'd use it for the rest of my life. Now, it's just taking up space. The water capacity is abysmal, and lasts for about 5 seconds on full power, barely enough for an ear. Trying to fill it up in the shower is awful and splashes water everywhere. It's very loud and noisy, not a big deal but heads up if you share a bathroom. The charging port is just open, so I watch water flood it, terrified it'll kill me once I need to charge it. Worst thing, it doesn't even do anything that I can't do with a cotton swab. All that news of how swabs push wax in and these devices don't, bogus. It's the same deal, who knows if the wax is gone from my ear or not. Overall, the water capacity ruins this device, and now if I want to use it, I have to drill my first ear, full it back up, finish drilling the ear, fill it back up, drill the other ear, fill it back up, drill it again, and then leave my shower. It takes 10 minutes. Instead, I could just slide my ear under the shower hose. Doing this yields the same result, for free! If you wanna try this, get a 10 dollar one. DO NOT GET THIS ONE, you're better off just throwing 60 dollars into the toilet.
