  • Great support and really gets hot.
I was really skeptical about a USB powered heated device. Heating elements usually require a lot of power. I already owned other heated gear and a few power banks, so I didn't mind that it didn't come with a battery. This gives your wrist great support and stability. The heat feels great on my arthritic wrist. I saw someone had a problem with the plate sliding out, but I have not had this problem. I wrap the strap tightly around the plate slot. If you have a wrist condition or just strain them at work, give this a try. They will really soothe you. ... show more

  • Worth the $
Helps my broken wrist. Bought after the regular heating pads weren’t really laying on my wrist. This is great. I love the button heat options. I just wish it was cordless. For the price though it’s definitely worth it. It’s adjustable which is nice but the Velcro straps get stuck to each other and when you have only 1 hand that works that’s a pain in the ass to get apart. I’ve had them snap back and smack me in the face only to rectangle again after. It has a steel plate in the bottom for support which is great. I’ve been wearing this in place of my removable cast. Despite the annoying straps the adjustable sizing helps when I have extra swelling in my wrist and fingers. It would be awesome if the sleeve came up higher on the arm and if it had half finger holes. I have a lot of swelling in my forearm and fingers. Those would be my suggestions for product improvement. ... show more

  • Burns skin
The media could not be loaded. The metal piece meant to hold your wrist in place slides out. Since it’s heated, it burns the beetle juice out of your skin.

  • Awkward to Wear
This wrist brace is a bit awkward to get on a placed correctly. Once you do manage to get it on, it does an ok job at stabilizing your wrist. The heating function works well but again is a bit awkward with the cord. It's not bad, but certainly isn't great either. I'll likely stick with a more comfortable and easy to use brace alternating with a regular heating pad when I want some heat. ... show more

  • Great wrist brace
My wife had wrist pain for a week and she needed something that help her relief the pain while working. This wrist thumb brace is great and the heating capability makes it even more effective. The material is soft and breathable, and it is very easy to use overall.

  • Awkward to put on
This heated wrist brace is awkward to put on, especially since you have to do it one handed. The sides overlap, but they aren't stitched to overlap easily, so they mostly just want to push out against each other and be difficult. I struggled to get the straps on and tightened properly, and once I did, my knuckles felt compressed. Even after loosening the top strap, my hand still felt squished. The brace must be plugged in to use, whether that be the wall or a battery pack. It did come with a wall adaptor, but that adaptor got very warm to the touch while in use, and the USB cable also warmed up where it was plugged into the adaptor. The brace itself heated up nicely, though the first setting was the hottest, as opposed to starting on the coolest setting and letting you work your way up. It did seem to heat the brace up all over, though the cord got in the way as it had to cross across my body to reach the nearest outlet. There was definitely an odor, but that may pass in time as it airs out The metal plate held my wrist stable and didn't seem like it would slide out easily. I can imagine it'll get much hotter in use and might be dangerous to touch, but it was fully covered by the brace and I couldn't remove it while wearing the brace. All in all, this was a fairly good brace, though I wish it was a rechargeable device instead of a plug-in one. ... show more

  • Did not work for me
Overall, I was disappointed with this product. To start off, the brace ended up being too big. It was a bit off that the documentation and product say one size fits all, but that is not the case. The brace does work, but I was not able to use my hand when using it. The strap around the palm was awkward and got in the way. For the heated feature, I only felt the heat in my forearm and not in my palm or wrist, where I expected there to be heat. That alone made this product not worth it for me. A feature that I thought was odd was the order of the heat selector. I thought it would have gone in the order of lowest to highest heat, but for some reason, it was out of order for me where the highest heat was the second option. I did like how this brace can be used by either hand and not tied to just the left or right hand, however. For those who did find this product useful, it is nice that they can use it on both of their hands. ... show more

  • Works Well, Awkward to Use
Once I actually had this heating pad in the correct position on my wrist and forearm, I was happy with the amount of heat and pain relief it provided. Getting the pad on and in the right place is the awkward part. Since it's made for arms, most of us will be putting this on one-handed. The Velcro strips adhere pretty strongly, and getting the splint where you want it and adjusting tightness is a little frustrating. A feature I like is that the metal splint is removeable. I does provide some rigidity, but I was happy to be able to remove it because I really didn't need it. Not sure I would order it again, but I'm using it and finding it helpful. ... show more
