This provides more support than I expected without having a piece of metal in it. It’s soft, smooth, and comfortable enough to wear all day. It is just wrist support, not any support for your thumb. It allows you to still use your wrist, wear your watch, and add support.

I’m pleasantly surprised by the way this product worked right away. It compresses the wrist on the right spots. I can feel relief after the first few hours of wearing it.

In retrospect, I now understand why they don’t show the palm side of the thumb loop. It’s too thick and doesn’t lay flat (see photo). They should have tapered it. To get some of the slack out, you have to pull it tight, which then pulls your thumb into the wrong position. Not much stretch. Sadly returning this. (Gave it two stars because the Velcro is nice, doesn’t catch on a shirt, and the material was ok.)
