This is great for working out at the gym. They are very comfortable and sit well on the wrists. They stay secure on your wrist. I use them when I do weightlifting. If I can't jump up by five pounds, the two pounds in each hand is a great way to build up muscle when using the dumbbells. I recommend using 2lbs per hand versus 1lb per hand. I highly recommend this product and the price is right. They offer great colors so you can pick whatever you like. They're better than using wrist weights that have sand in them. Because over time, the sand starts to come out.

I use these on my wrist while walking and they do not bother my arthritis like holding onto hand weights. I find these to be ideal for my situation, easy on/off and can adjust the weight by removing individual sections. Velcro is strong hold and does not easily slip. This item is completely hand washable. I would definitely buy this again if I misplaced these.
