It is as described. I did think the strap would adjust, it fits comfortably but is kinda shorter than you'd expect. Also takes a bit of breaking in as it comes folded up in a box.

I needed a medium-size, inexpensive purse for travel, one that I wouldn't worry about shoving under the seat on the plane - one that was big enough to hold my water bottle, Kindle, wallet, cell phone, etc. etc. I didn't want a small, cross-body bag but I didn't want one so large it was like hauling around another piece of luggage - this is the perfect size. I was surprised, considering the price, how well made the bag is and how nice it looks. The strap isn't adjustable but it's just the right length to slip over my shoulder and tuck under my arm. I have to say I am extremely pleased with this purse and I won't be using it just for travel.

I love the purse. Perfect size. The only problem is the Wrangler emblem pull on my clothes. I have to make sure to turn my purse around when putting on my shoulder. That's the only reason why I gave it 4 stars
