The media could not be loaded. I'm truly amazed with the quality of this thing. For under $350 I can't imagine there's a better deal on a 14' sup. Seems very well made and with sturdy materials yet still very light for such a long board. I was worried that the narrow width might feel too wobbly for my winter paddleboarding comfort level (no falling in allowed) but this board's super flat profile (with modest nose rocker) and generous length gives it loads of confidence boosting stability. Stiffness is pretty good, probably can't get much better in a long inflatable without adding a rigid stringer or something. Deck padding is comfortable to stand or sit and handles are well placed for carrying and not in the way for paddling. I didn't expect a flat bottomed inflatable would be this fast or glide as well as it does. I have a 14' carbon race board that's not all that much faster and is far less stable. I don't know that I'd call this a race board as it is marketed to be (its very flat and a bit wide for racing), but it does have minimal accessory stuff on deck as race boards tend to. I wish there was a front handle instead of the camera mount thing I'll never use and it would benefit from a few more D rings to lash stuff down. The included paddle is garbage. The plastic fin chipped easily the first time it hit a shallow rock (I'm now using a $7 universal spare). The pump is actually quite good. The huge backpack is good enough. All in all I think this is the best value I've bought on Amazon in years and I'm in love with the harsh beauty and peaceful solitude of winter paddling Lake Tahoe on my Wowsea Swift 2. I'd enthusiastically recommend this board to anyone for recreational paddling and touring. For the absolute beginner to the confident intermediate paddler like 6' 175lb me it's perfect. Advanced paddlers might want a more performance oriented shape but they'll be paying probably 4X more to find it. Update April 2023: Ive owned this for about 6 months now and still very pleased. I paddled it to work three times in February, 9 predawn sub-freezing miles across Lake Tahoe and she performed admirably. Still the best value of any Amazon purchase I've ever made. I paddle it every day and Im not gentle- I scrape over shallow rocks, bang into stuff, and toss this thing around with no problems, no damage. I love it and so does my dog. I recommend that you buy at least one Wowsea Swift 2 so that you may commence to "Love Enjoy My Lifestyle" (that nonsense gibberish emblazoned on the side rail is my only complaint).

As an experienced paddleboarder I found this board to be pretty tippy, but fast and fun to paddle. It is nice and stiff. I inflated to 7-13 lbs and it worked great at all pressures in that range. The paddle board itself has similar quality (very good) to a starboard paddleboard at at most a third of the starboard price. Board rocker is flat with a little nose kick. Rocker is excellent, and no doubt is more pronounced than the picture I included here when one is standing on the board. The pump is cheaply made but functional, albeit a few pounds off on pressure. The paddle is just OK. Fin is well matched to the board and has both standard US box function and a special screw hole that is convenient. The fin is made of cheap plastic. The bag is made pretty well In summary this board is not for a beginner and is difficult in chop >4". A great value and super fun for an advanced paddler in flat water. I paddles at about the same speed as my 12.5' x 28" starboard generation hardboard. Accessories to add would be an electric pump and maybe a better paddle.

This paddle board is so close to being excellent yet has one fatal flaw that keeps it from being even usable. The board seems to have poor quality control. As we have now tried 7 of them, and only one of the 7 was usable, the other 6 boards all had varying degrees of twist due to improper construction practices. Each board used different materials, valves, camera mounts, handles, D-rings, fin boxes and vinyl, which leads to questions about material sourcing and longevity. there's clearly no quality control department, as some of the boards we received had up to a 13 inch twist in the board, and we're so crooked, they looked like a corkscrew, where others had a 3 and a 1/2 inch twist near the nose or the tail. the problem with this is that they will not paddle straight. They will turn in one direction constantly. the boards are also not rigid and flex about 4 and a 1/2 inches in the center with an average 200 pound rider at 15PSI of inflation. The price is right. However, the quality is lacking and the boards are unusable. So I would not recommend them. However, the accessories are excellent..Great lightweight and strong paddle with excellent build quality, which they should sell individually, as it is one of the best entry level carbon paddles ive used. The fin is good quality and is fiber reinforced plastic. The dry bag is extremely thick, and durable and works great. The leash is even good quality with great connection points and a comfortable band, though it is a bit short at 8ft fully extended(it should be 12ft or more, so that you can fully walk the board with it on). And the pump is the standard gci three chamber with deflation as well. If they could sort out their quality control, this would be the only entry board i would recommend, as it is decently light, quick, and incredibly stable for a sub 30" width. It has a maximum hull speed of 6knots or 5mph. We are going to try one more to see if the 8th board is the charm, and is straight, but i have very very low expectations.

I live in the Garden Route, South Africa. There are a vast number dams, rivers, lakes and estuaries to explore in the area. This board performs beautifully on all of them! Stepping up from a 34” wide all-around board to this 14ft x 28” has been a game-changer for me. The Swift S2 is tracks excellently, and is much, much faster. It glides beautifully on calm water. I didn’t struggle at all adjusting to a board that is more tippy. It only takes a couple of minutes to get used to it. Overall quality is superb for this price point. I’m blown away by what you get for the price. The backpack is very high quality. The carbon paddle is nice. The pump sucks. The leash is fine. But it’s the board itself and the fin that really impresses. You can’t go wrong with this iSUP. Just buy it already.
