My boys loved their helmets and still do the size is perfect. It is not heavy at all. The color and quality are top notch we used them for go kart racing and my 5 yr old is capable to latch it closed himself. It does cancel at some noise for the track.

Great beginner helmet for my son. He’s 9 years old and fits the large nicely. I like that it came with a tinted visor, so you don’t have to pay extra. Only downside is that it is not set up for communication devices, so we had to get creative with it.

Sizing is definitely not accurate. Ordered a medium first time child's head measured right at 20" and medium was way too big so ended up with a small and it's still too big even though chart says 19.3-19.8" so definitely size down. Other than sizing seems to be a good quality children's helmet. Wish it came with a light smoke visor though. ... show more
