Easy to pump a one quarter filled wine bottle to full suction. Removed stopper 3 days later and wine was as good as the day I opened it. This great device saved me losing a quarter filled bottle of wine after 3 days of opening. That's what I expected and that's what I got.

Bought other ones that just didn't seal the wine. This one works great and has a clicking sound to indicate the wine is sealed. Have had 2-3 day old wine and still tastes good. Suction still works and pops when opened.
