My toddler has been so scared of noisy environment, and it took us a long time to realise that we havent bought him toys with so much sound,which also contributed to his inability to withstand any noise. He covers his ears at any slightest sound. The dr suggested we get him toys with sounds. I bought this piano, and it's been on the highest volume .surprisingly my son kept his ears very close to the speaker and never got his hand off the keyboard. The sound quality is top notch and this is perfect for toddlers and adults in their early stage of learning .I have never owned any piano before, I bought this for my 3year old boy but I found myself getting so much addicted to it. I teach piano, and for a toddler I liked this keyboard from the moment it arrived in the mail. The keys are just the right size for his little fingers. He was 6 months and now is 10 months. He still continues to play it whenever he's playing with his toys. He listens to the prerecorded songs and makes noise with the songs. It's still in one piece & very good workmanship for a toy piano. Sorry, the keys are too small for preschool kids. The Company has enclosed contact information (phone number) for immediate contact if help is needed. And we have not needed to use that number. Purchased this for our 9 year old granddaughter as her first keyboard and she loves it but if I had to do it over, I'd go one step up for her age. This one is alot smaller than shown in the picture (lucky her fingers are slim). Very lightweight and the microphone is tiny. A bit disappointing but she seems to still enjoy it. ... show more

My daughter just began taking music lessons where she is learning how to sing, Play keyboard/piano, and play drums. She has taken to singing and keyboard the most. She is elated to play with her keyboard and also be able to practice what she is learning in her classes. Its light enough for her to be able to carry around with no issues. This keyboard is now the first thing she does when she comes back home from daycare. The fact that I can connect her headphones and I won't hear the noise is the greater bliss after she is practicing and just wants to play with her keyboard. I made sure to read all of the descriptions and many reviews. Somewhere in there (maybe in the Q&A section) they said this item supports headphones. In a loud house with 3-kids, that was an important factor. Other than the headphone issue it is great for a beginner. Our daughter is 7 and she loves it. The only thing is when you first turn it on it IS loud (as some had complained about- but they have volume control and it's quite simple to turn it down. My daughter has enjoyed creating her own songs and learning to play along with the songs that are pre-recorded, which there are plenty of. One side of the handle was tear off so I had to tape it. As a Christmas gift the box appeared mishandled and bent in several sides. In amazon why the boxes are so damaged? That is the 1st look of the product and I want this gift to cause the impression of being brand new nor 2nd hand used. Bought this for my young daughter for her birthday. It’s perfect for a beginner keyboard! It has 100 different tones and rhythms. It also has a 50 song song bank that lights up the keys when the songs play to help teach how to play each song. My daughter particularly likes the playback feature and the microphone. This is not a heavy, solid, experienced player keyboard, but it is a 5 star beginner piece. I do highly recommend it as that. I also would like to mention, I bought a cheaper one first, and it was garbage. I sent it back and spent the extra to buy this one. I do not regret this decision at all.
