Love the design so much
Style: Storage Tool Bag Size: 12 inches
Review Image by vvv
I love this bag so much! Have been using it for a while. It’s compact but can still fit in a reasonable number of tools for household use everyday. I haven’t needed to carry it around but I can totally see it would be an easier thing to do. The pockets design is the best to hold frequent use tools. And the price is very reasonable. Can recommend enough! ... show more

Big enough for most technicians and weekend warriors
**18" Model Review** Background: I am an IT administrator, but I also live on an old converted llama farm with barns, sheds, a guest house, electric fence, greenhouse, automatic gates, security system, etc. so there are a lot of handyman jobs to be done. I am working on one thing or another on the property every weekend. I also prefer to run my own wire and networking hardware at work so I bring this tool bag with me everyday. Sometimes I get a funny look for being the computer guy with a big tool bag, but it comes in handy all of the time. In this bag, I store: (1) Knipex pliers (needle & broad) (2) Klein wire strippers (2 sizes) (3) Side cutters (4) Porter Cable Brushless 20V impact driver (5) Klein 25' fish tape (6) Philips #1, Philips #2, 2 sizes flathead, 6-32 nut driver, 8-32 nut driver (7) Small Irwin adjustable wrench (8) RJ45/ RJ11 crimp tool (9) Liquid Nails tube (10) Dow Corning Silicone tube (11) Hillman #8 1 5/8", #6 5/8 wood screws (12) 3 pens, 1 pencil, 1 Sharpie (13) Zircon stud finder (14) Bosch impact ready drill bit set (15) 200 RJ45 connectors (16) Dry wall saw (17) RJ45 keystone clamp (18) Milwaukee 90 degree drill/driver attachment (19) 5/8", 3/4" spade bit Dewalt (20) 12 piece Dewalt drill bit set (21) 30+ piece Dewalt driver bit set (22) Patch panel punch down tool (23) 200 TR Industrial 4" black zip ties (24) #10 3/4" pan head wood screws (25) Metric screws for server racks (26) Adjustable vice grip (27) Spare 20V battery (28) Craftsman 12 ft tape measure (29) Alligator clips I can still zip the bad with all of this ----------------------------------------------- I can also comfortably fit my Porter Cable 20V drill AND Porter Cable 20V oscillating tool, but cannot zip the bag once they are added. I have owned this bag for at least 6 months and I have no complaints. I am not hard on the bag though. I bring it to work and home everyday so it is either in my car, office floor, or wherever I am doing an install/repair. Pros: (1) Large, but still easy to carry. If your tools don't fit in here then you need one of those hard rolling cases. (2) Durable. Double stitching, maybe more where appropriate. (3) Nice Velcro on handle (4) Decent internal pockets (5) Sturdy metal frame helps it keep its shape Cons: (1) I wish the external pockets were deeper and more reinforced. I get anxiety having to check them to make sure nothing fell out. Metal tools and pliers are fine, but bags of screws and other loose things don't stay in very well. (2) For my application, around the house/farm/server room, I would have really liked if the bag was 3 inches deeper. Then I could my drill, driver, oscillating tool, and still zip it. Or I could fit a sawzaw or impact wrench. Conclusion: This may not be the best bag for a professional who will use it everyday and stuff it to the brim, but if you are anything less than that like myself, this will 100% meet your expectations. I've had quite a few people say how much they like it when seeing how I have it set up in person. ... show more

12 inch version. Perfect to carry automotive tools in my car. Lightweight and doesn't take up much space. Very handy. Seems to be well made and solid.

Excellent Value for Light Duty Use
I bought this bag for a simple purpose: I work in IT and needed a bad to haul my zip ties, serial cables, network cables, cable testers, toner etc.. in. and in for that purpose, it works great without braking the bank. It features six interior pockets (three on each side) that hold my LAN tester, Velcro zip ties etc.. well enough and six outside larger pockets that i use to hold some smaller objects (as long as they are not sticking out) or things in baggies. It has single stitching everywhere, little rubber feet on the bottom and a good zipper. I usually only bring this back around with me about once a week, and it stays in the office or other tech might have it when i don't. My favorite part of it is that it has the metal frame sewn into the top so that when the bag is opened, it stays opened, thus the "wide mouth" part of the description. For my uses, I think its a excellent value, however if I haul it everywhere with me, or I was in a profession that that would always haul tools around, (think plumber, carpenter, installer etc..) I would find a heavier duty bag. This has single stitching all around I can see the corners getting hole in them when heavily used. Also all the pockets do not have any kind of elastic on them so everything is free floating in them. Only one outside pocket has a cover. I can see larger tools flying everywhere is it was slung over a shoulder quickly. My household tool bags are much heavier duty. Evaluate your use carefully. ... show more

WORKPRO 14 inch tool bag
Style: Storage Tool Bag Size: 14 inches
This is a perfect for my drill and it's accessories. I bought this for a drill bag and I am happy with my purchase. I would make a great tool bag in general. It has many pockets, one with a Velcro closure. It is made with canvas material and seems really durable. I am a DIYer and not using this for work. I would not have a problem using this for work purposes. Great bag and a great price. ... show more

Very good tool bag for home and auto projects
Style: Storage Tool Bag Size: 14 inches
Very good tool bag for home, auto and hobby projects. The 14 inch fits the not too small or too large category. I normally use this for my jeep oil change and tire rotation when I go to my base auto hobby shop to use their lift. I'm able to store my hand tools including small torque wrench, expandable breaker bar, bits and drivers, which are easily accessible with the pockets inside and out. The material appears to be fairly durable along with the zipper compared to some name brands. The shoulder strap is a plus for hands free transport. Very pleased with this and would recommend. ... show more
