I like the compact unit. It comes with various pads and a few pieces of grit sandpaper. Basically a minimal complete set that gives you the basics to get started which is a plus especially for someone who isn't sure of the individual pieces to buy. Comes with 2 batteries as well. I used to buff my plastic headlights to make them shine like new. The continual power from one battery was sufficient for doing 2 headlights and still had plenty of power. One thing I thought could be an improvement is how close the pad is to the gun with the attachable stabilizing handle that you can use that also comes with the kit. If there was at least an added 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch extension at the head when you have the wheel attached would give enough working space between the gun and the material you are working on. I'm a DIY type so maybe a more professional individual who uses this unit frequently might find the working closeness an advantage. Overall this gives you all the basics you need to get something done now rather than order by piece if you don't know what you'd particularly need.

I detail cars for a side job along with just maintaining the family vehicles. I mostly just do wash and wax along with interiors but I am starting to do some paint correction. I needed a smaller polisher for small areas. I found this one during Prime days at a great price. It came with several different polishing pads too. I tested it on my Toyota 4Runner's aftermarket wheels with some Wizard's Finishing Polish. The "2 machine did a great job on them!

I have enjoyed using this product so far. After some thought, I chose this model mainly because it includes two batteries, a choice I appreciate in hindsight. The power and speed are decent, but the batteries do drain rather quickly. I don’t want to exaggerate and say they last only 30 seconds; in reality, each battery provides about 7 minutes of continuous use, which isn’t too bad at first glance. However, in terms of actual working time, it falls a bit short. For instance, I used both batteries to polish my car's trunk and rear bumper. This was a light polishing, requiring no excessive pressure and no oxidation issues. My goal was simply to eliminate some light swirls and scratches to improve the paint's finish. Each battery takes an hour to charge fully, which is convenient compared to the 2+ hours of some alternatives. Still, I find myself waiting more for the batteries to charge than actually polishing. If I had four batteries and took my time, I could likely keep going without interruption. While the product quality is good, the battery life could be better. However, compared to other options I've seen, which typically come with just one battery of the same size, this product still stands out.

Now one of my favorite tools! I had a big heavy buffer that I never used. I bought this little guy to use on my headlights to clear the lens. It worked perfectly and is light and very easy to handle. Especially effective in tight places.

My first two uses I was very impressed and happy with it. Quality really felt good and I had high expectations. On my third use, it immediately got really hot and would only run at max speed. After a few minutes, it completely quit. Unfortunately I’m unable to return since I didn’t get around to using it quick enough.

I love this thing, the battery life is good enough for me to start and finish a project of at least 12X18 size (wood) and it comes with a decent amount of accessories while they won't last forever and you will need to replace them, it is great starting point. I wanted a small 2 inch pad sander/polisher for those tight to reach spots and versatility that a larger sander could never achieve. I will say this: it is stronger and remember its NOT an orbital sander, this thing spins and can spin FAST it can shed down a project if you do not use it with care and sometimes slow and steady wins the race and this tool is a perfect example of that! Over all vs some of the other products you can get out there this is a great value for the money of what you are getting, yeah other brands might be the king but if you need something that will fit the needs of smaller projects that is versatile, this is for you!
