I bought these casters for my workbench as pictured. As i was working on a project i heard a loud bang. I looked around and found nothing. I looked ar the casters to find two of my casters popped open and the workbench tipped down. In my opinion these casters are junk!

I use these to remove my water tank from my enclosed trailer. It’s heavy enough to make it irritating to remove. I bought these because the wheels are removable and will be out of the way when going around the trailer. They are pretty study and quality is not bad at all.

    • Easy to install with your own screws

The media could not be loaded. They were very easy to install and use. I put them on my workbench that is 7’x3’ and 36” tall. The wheels make it easy to move around. I installed them at the suggested height of 1.5” by cutting a 1.5” block and using it as a height guide for the plate. You have two options for install: permanent or removable. If you want it permanent, you can use the rounded head screws included with the wheels to install it directly. If you want them removable, you install the plate first, then slide the wheel assembly in and put in the pin to hold it in place. I used the removable option. A note on included hardware: if you are going to install them with the removable plates, the included flat head screws are machine screws - can’t be used in wood. I suggest getting you own flat head screws. The rounded head screws included in the pack can be used for the permanent install option, but not the removable option because they would interfere with sliding the wheel assembly in and out. Used these to make a work stand portable by building a movable platform. Instructions were worded funny, the usual translation to English problem. No way you want to drill a 1/4" hole for the mounting screws! Also, ditch the provided ones and buy some construction screws, (#9x1-1/4 star bit head worked for me). Once assembled, they worked like a charm and, when engaged, the work stand glides over the shop floor and stays put when they are released. Worth the money. ... show more

I installed the wheel to the bracket, then removed the wheel assembly bolt to get them drilled on , then reinstalled the wheel assembly, worked great! The lift and spin with no issues on a 200 lbs. bench. The included screws were junk, bought some stainless ones at the big box store. Predrilling the screw holes is needed. ... show more

I thought, there has to be a weigh to put wheels on this without lifting it and of course, Amazon had them!! They were super easy to install and work like magic.
