This Review is Important to read! I ordered this WoodWick 'Glass' Candle (and another brand Glass Candle ) . They arrived Quickly and in the Same Box. The WoodWick was in its own FACTORY packaged box ( as was the other ). Both were Well Packaged. Neither moved around in their perspective boxes. Neither were broken!!! But there was wiggle room inside of the Amazon box. I speak of this candle and the other for a reason. People Claim, that their candle arrived broken. Well, this is my opinion, I dont see that happening. After opening and inspecting Both candles I repackaged them...and out of pure curiosity, I threw the box on my ceramic tile floor. I then picked it up and saw a dent in the Amazon box. I opened it and opened the individual candles boxes and inspected both. Now, you would think that there would have been at least one, broken. To my surprise, neither were broken. Do you know why? I'll tell you, it is the way that the Factory Packaged them. So, I concluded that the Factory must have Packaged them broken for the other customers. My point is, do Not always believe the negative reviews. Unless, Amazon and their Drivers are playing football with their deliveries ( that is on them) I dont believe that the businesses are sending you, On Purpose, broken items. They would be out of business!!! There would be No Businesses in that case. Mature Adults you know what I'm talking about. If i am correct, I believe that right in the add it states a 30 day $ back. And look for yourself but if the Item is damaged you can file a claim. Maybe that is only for Prime members. ?? Back to the candle; this is a lovely candle. It is Not 40 years old, so it Does have Scent! It smells wonderful ( I smell it throught my medium size house.) Yes. The wax melts lol they do that. It melts, it liquifies... I see no soot. It smells great and has an Average burn time. The crackling sound is relaxing and reminds me of sitting around a small camp fire. I have used WoodWick candles for decades; In different states. Their quality has not changed. I recommend this for x-mas, birthdays, thank you, anniversaries, Thanksgiving. Or.... whatever. ... show more

I absolutely love this WoodWick candle! The gentle crackling effect is so cozy, it really does sound just like sitting around a campfire. The fall scent I chose is perfect and fills our large living room beautifully without being overpowering. The fragrance lasts a long time, which is a huge plus since many candles that I have used in the past have faded quickly. Whenever we have company over, they comment or ask about it. The packaging was perfect—nothing broken or torn, it arrived beautifully. The moment I opened it, I could smell the fragrance right away, and it was exactly as described. The wicks crackled just like a cozy fireplace, which was such a nice touch. Once lit, the scent filled the room almost instantly and completely covered any other odors. The wax content was spot-on; it melted evenly and then hardened again without any issues. The size is absolutely perfect for my kitchen table, and the color matches the photos perfectly. As for durability… well, it hasn’t fallen off my table yet, so I’ll be sure to come back with an update on that part! ... show more

This candle has a very sweet long lasting caramel coffee scent and I really enjoy listening to the crackling sound! Unfortunately, when I received and it did not have the caramel layer on top with the vanilla bean layer on bottom.. the entire candle was just a caramel color.
