This is hands down my favorite candle. Just about everything with it is great: the smell, the glass, the design, the amount of time it lasts....all great. I only have 2 sorta things with it, which aren't big enough to dock points (stars) from the review. The first, is it would be great if there was a lid/cover of some sort to help hold in the smoke smell when you blow it out. The second is actually annoying, but again not enough to dock from the review. I get that it's glass, they don't want it broken during shipping etc... (and maybe they do this because someone complained about it in the past because it did get broken during shipping) but holy cow they gotta dial down the amount of boxes used to send this thing. I've ordered probably about 15 of these candles and each one has always come in at least 2 boxes (usually 3) of varying sizes. So for each candle I'm getting, I've gotten between 30-45 boxes. And inside of each of those boxes there is always tons of packing material to support it. So yeah, if they could dial down the boxes that would be great. I’ve purchased several of their candles for personal enjoyment as well as for gifts, and they are all exceptional. This review is for the espresso bean, that somehow smells better than the actual beverage. The throw is substantial without crossing into overwhelming territory. (I’m prone to headaches from cheaply scented candles, such as the smells in craft stores, etc.) This candle is elegant looking, luxurious, long lasting, with an even, pristine burn. As someone who has the real perfume and the dupe perfume as well as more products from the real site ( that I only use for special events) This candle is spot on! The burn quality is great. Last very long so great value for the money. The smell lingers throughout my house even when it’s not burning and I walk by I smell it. When I blow out it doesn’t output any black sut so I’d say the cleanliness of it is great. If you’re looking for that great saffron amber smell and are obsessed with the smell of the real thing. I've only recently started buying candles, so there is not too much I can do to analyze individual elements of it. However, what I can say is that the scent is quite powerful! It lasts a long time in the air. For instance, after ~2-3 of burning, the smell will linger for a day or two. My wick has also curled over on itself consistently, and it got hard to light it because the wax would solidify on around part of the wick. ... show more

I have rituals around luxury candles and home scenting. It’s not a cheap ritual but it fills me with joy. Burning $180 candle in one week is a money in the toilet kind of crime. But I’m guilty. These candles have the same composition and scent note quality at a fraction of price. They burn slowly with just the right amount of projection. Not too much. Not too little. I bought 2 Palo Santo and 1 Leather & Oud. Covers 1,500 sq ft. I also use a portable Aroma 360 Santal mister to fill in the square footage, but it’s not near the candles. These workhorses get the job done in their areas. I get my ritual fix more frequently now!! Of course, I still burn through $180 per area feast. But that’s just gluttony. ... show more

It’s just ok. The scent is strong enough for a large room which is good, but I took two stars off because I think the Jasmine, Oud, Sandlewood one smells like a cheap baby powder scented candle from a Dollar Store. I don’t smell any hint of Sandlewood.

I was on the hunt to find a candle that was non-toxic. Bath and Body Works candles always felt like it snuffs the air out of my room. I appreciate the price for this quality of a candle, because you can spend +$30 on something like this. The scent Hamptons smells like something from a beach house, breezy and fresh. The 9oz is perfect for a spacious room, at a certain point I switch it to a different room before it gets too much, and don’t want to blow it out before it burns out evenly. Will try a new scent. I love the simplicity of the packaging and label, makes it seem more bougie. I find that the burn time is fairly paced, I burnt it for +10 hrs and I’m only now inching towards the middle. ... show more
