Received my package today with my new folding Adirondack chair. Upon opening it I noticed it was packaged correctly and done well with cushioning of Styrofoam boards. It came with individual bags of different screws and nuts and bolts that were necessary. Also came with a wrench tool to hold the nuts accordingly. A bond looking at the instructions it seem pretty straightforward. Was a relatively simple build with the tool provided and using a battery operated screw gun. Took me a total of about 20 to 30 minutes to build. Was able to remove a couple of parts that I placed on backwards and put them back in correct position. I recommend paying very close attention to where the 4-in directional holes are to be placed. It seems like it's a pretty well built, well constructed item out of true real wood, not plastic or manufactured. Depending on my needs I may very well purchase another one of these in the near future. Totally worth the low cost which can usually frighten someone thinking it's a piece of junk but this one is very solid and heavy duty. Quite pleased with my purchase. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five, is because it did require building on my end, which the seller does state in the ad. It would have been nice if it came completely built in a folded position. Oh yeah, forgot to mention this truly does fold up into a relatively compact position where you can set it in your garage instead of leaving it outside.

I love these chairs! Assembly is not difficult and the fold up so I can put them away easily when it's going to rain. Also, I bought a 2nd set and there were 2 pieces of one chair that had imperfections. I emailed the company as directed instead of returning the whole thing. The company if very responsive and got my the new pieces so quickly!!! These chairs are well made and so comfortable and an amazing deal for the set of 2!!!!!

I purchased the Outdoor Wooden Folding Adirondack Chair and was extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience. The chairs were very small, flimsy, and made of wood that felt rough and unsanded. Even though the chairs were advertised to support up to 220 lbs, when I sat in one (I'm 170 lbs), I could hear the wood creaking, which was concerning and gave the impression they wouldn’t hold up long. After reading several negative reviews, I attempted to cancel my order, but since the chairs had already shipped, Amazon and the seller informed me that I had to wait for them to arrive and return them myself. Once they did arrive, I assembled one chair to see if the reviews were exaggerated, but sadly, the quality was as poor as others described. To make matters worse, when I went to return the items, the seller only sent me one shipping label, even though I had purchased the item four separate times. After requesting the additional three labels, the seller refused, stating that since the return wasn’t due to a product quality issue (which I strongly disagree with), I was responsible for returning the goods myself and providing a tracking number. Overall, I would not recommend this product or dealing with this seller. The chairs are cheaply made, and the customer service is frustrating and unhelpful. Save your money and look elsewhere!

They look great. Get the matching side table separately while you’re at it for about $20 to match it nicely. However, the wood is a soft type of wood and the hardware sinks in, so what happens is the chair will begin to feel a bit more flimsy. When you go to re-tighten the hardware, the nuts and screws sink further into the wood. They also are a bit smaller than some of the bigger Adirondack shares out there. These are not the spacious ones where you have 3-4 extra inches on each side when you sit. However, my wife and I are trim so they are fine. If you are a guy who is 6-feet tall and over 180, you will feel it is small. All in all, if figment is not an issue and for the price, they are great.
