I almost never write reviews but this frame is really well-crafted and a bargain for the money. Just bought several other school diploma frames for over $100. Except for school logo, unable to tell difference in the pricey ones and this one. Fabulous.

UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and provided further clarification. Apparently the backing is MDF, and the front is still real wood. It can be really hard to tell, especially if you do the tap/feel test. It really doesn't feel or sound like real wood, but apparently it is. It is a very nice looking frame overall, with a lot of quality and effort put into the presentation. I'm happy with the seller / co-founder Daisy reaching out and offering to take care of the issue. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased this thinking I'd get a nice quality "real" wood frame for a great price. I open it and it's simply another MDF product. The packaging insert inside the frame even says it's made of MDF. Waste of time. ... show more

This is a great frame. It arrived carefully packaged and as described. It has a stand on the back for display on a table or shelf, as well as hardware for wall hanging. The frame can be used with or without the matte. The quality of the frame makes it a great value for the money.
