Like many people I dread contacting customer service. However, I found this company’s product and service to be as wonderful as others are terrible. The drain on the beautiful tub stopped holding the water in properly. I dreaded the questions, did you install it properly, were you misusing it, etc. But I found just the opposite to be true.
