Like many people I dread contacting customer service. However, I found this company’s product and service to be as wonderful as others are terrible. The drain on the beautiful tub stopped holding the water in properly. I dreaded the questions, did you install it properly, were you misusing it, etc. But I found just the opposite to be true. They answered promptly and were friendly and courteous. In what seemed to be unbelievable time, I had my part and a fixed tub. I only wish more companies were as great. ... show more
