Arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. No missing pieces and extra hardware. My husband assembled it alone in a couple of hours. Very sleek and attractive. I am using multiple size hangars without problems. Plenty of room to hang dresses of multiple lengths as well. Excellent value.

Those complaining about the quality need to consider the price - what were you expecting, solid oak? But as they say, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN because the material is very fragile and pilot holes make it easier to assemble but also can be easily stripped with too much force. Terrible quality & terrible customer service. As soon as we put it all together we knew it was a mistake (but at that point- who wants to unassemble & put it back in the box?) The drawers are super hard to open. You have to pull really hard. I think it’s due to the quality of the hardware you install. It’s very very cheap. Even the rack the clothes hang out is so flimsy and light. Then we had it in the bedroom for a week and just from opening and closing it in that short amount of time, the hardware broke off and the drawer is crooked and not on the slider. When I reached out to the seller, they were SO rude and did not offer any help. They actually asked me condescendingly “so you want a refund because the drawers are hard to open?” …..I mean do you buy a dresser and expect to have to struggle with the drawers every time you use it?? DO. NOT. BUY. ... show more

This is not sturdy at all. Very cheaply made. But we were in a bind and needed one quick. We sold the house with it in it so I don’t know how well it’s going to hold up. We screwed it to the wall for stability.
