I do wish the impressions were a bit deeper. Our shakers are a bit top heavy and would benefit from a deeper recess cut out. Otherwise, beautiful and worth the price.

The description states that there’s a 365 day guarantee and a 24 hour response time. The pepper grinder stopped working after just 2 months; it’s been several days since I contacted the seller but I haven’t received a reply. So far, I’m not super happy with the product or the service. That could change if the problem is resolved.

These felt OK. I can't attest to the quality of the internal mechanism because I didn't test. My biggest gripe is the product photos make it appear they are milled from a solid piece of wood, when in fact, they're made from scrap pieces which are glued together. I know this is common practice for a lot of wood products, but it's not the look I was going for. The stark contrast between the different pieces just felt cheap to me.
