It’s super easy to clean (lid is glass). I’ve only hand washed it - not sure if it’s dishwasher safe. It’s reversible too which I love! Can hold baked goods/cakes and can also be flipped around for chips/dips. It’s like a two-in-one! Very sturdy and good value. I will be using this for a long time.

The media could not be loaded. I’m very happy with this glass covered cake dish. Although I intend to use it as a covered bread plate. It’s not easy to find a wood base with a glass top as most are acrylic even if you search for glass. Be careful and read the details in the descriptions. This one arrived well packaged but the glass was extremely dirty but I would have washed it before use anyway so a quick and careful handwashing with dish soap and a good rinse and dry and it’s nice and clean. Has a couple flaws but I don’t want to deal with returning and I can deal with them. The wood is beautiful and while there are no instructions for cleaning I several acacia wood bowls and use the following instructions. Hand wash in warm soapy water immediately after use. Rinse with warm running water. Then dry with a soft cloth or dish rack to air-dry. To enhance the natural beauty of the wood, condition periodically with mineral oil. Store your tableware in a cool, dry location when it’s not in use. Do not leave soaking in water or exposed to heat. This can also be used as a charcuterie board if you flip it over and the pedestal base as a bowl. Well worth the money and I would purchase again!

Was packaged well. No odors. Just some stuff from the packaging that was clinging to the glass. Water washed it right off. Dried it off with a towel and the stain did not come off onto the towel. This is super neat. I love that it makes my desserts and snacks look more appetizing. I had no idea the stand/cup at the bottom was magnetic. I was twisting to get it off lol. Then I forgot and was decorating a cake/cleaning up the icing on it and the magnet nearly gave out and dropped the cake! So be careful with too much pressure to only one side of it. I don’t see this being a problem for me now that I know. Also like one of the other reviewers sadly my lid dose not make a good seal. You can actually see it in the pic I uploaded if you’re looking for it. The lid is not going to slide off but it dose not sit flat all the way around. If I press down from the top on one side of the glass the other side lifts up slightly. I put the lid on a flat surface and it dose not do this so it must be the stand. Overall it’s pretty and I would buy again just don’t like the not so fresh seal.

It is so amazing! Beautiful piece! High quality! For a while I was looking for something like this. Plus it’s 2-sided, which was a surprise! One side is cake stand, you turn it and can fill with nuts, dates or cookies. Lid fits both sides. I highly recommend this product. It’s light weight, nice colored wood and glass lid. Great purchase,

When I first got this cake tray thingy I was so excited, I’ve been looking for a budget friendly wooden light weight cake stand for the longest time But first off the smell, I’ve had wooden trays that had that distinct smell but it always went away after a wash and a couple days leaving it out This time the smell just wouldn’t budge Because of that I only used it twice since I got it As I was washing it today, very gently btw, the top piece that you pick the cover up by just came off It wasn’t like I dropped it or anything, it just slipped off like it was supposed to do that Anyway, I’m a little frustrated and annoyed but I’ll need to go find a new better quality one somewhere else
