Great Christmas gift
I got this as a gift. My husband loves it. A lot of tools inside for the beginner. Definitely recommend for a beginner.

I like it!
Great storage and compact. Have not been able to use tools yet, but seem sharp.

Not just for whittling
One of these days I will use it to whittle a cool walking stick but right now we are using it to carve out antique locks out of 1850 doors so we can fit in new doorknobs. The perfect tool to carve out a bit of wood and these puppies are sharp.

Great buy
This is a good kit to whittle and carve wood. Comes sharp and well made. I do recommend sharpening depending on how much you use them. I bought it to carve animals for my Grandbaby and they are well worth the purchase!

I love it
This is a very nice carving set. And it is great quality.

Not leather!
The carving set looks great, but the case is definitely some fake leatherette. I wish they wouldn’t miss advertise. I think it will be fine for our grandson for Christmas, but I’m sure it’s not professional quality. A true review will have to wait until he actually uses it. I wish Amazon would ask for reviews a few months after purchase. Then it would be a true review.
