I purchased this wine cooler in Nov. 2023; it stopped cooling in June of 2025, only months past the 1 yr warranty. I contacted the company via their website requesting assistance and received zero response. I even offered to pay and install the appropriate circuit boards myself because it was beyond the warranty. This is an attractive cooler and worked well when it was working but I cannot recommend this cooler due to its short lifespan and utter lack of service support. ... show more

Temperature does not go lower than 65 degrees. Manufacture advised it needs a new thermostat regulator and main control board. We have had it for one week. They could send the parts but it is up to me to install new parts. Not ok with having to do the work myself for a brand new item I spent close to $700 on. ... show more

While this is a nice entry wine cooler it Does not hold 46 bottles as stated, I have found that this brand tends to overstate capacity by 10 bottles. 36 bottles is the max we have been able to fit. My other complaint is the cooling flexibility. The majority of the wine cooler can not be chilled for white wine and doesn’t go below 50 degrees. Wish you had the same temp flexibility for both wine chilling zones as we typically store white in the cooler. If you are looking for something basic this is a nice cooler, look elsewhere if you want to chill white wine. ... show more

    • Sorely Disappointed with the product and with Amazon
I ordered this unit two years ago and that one has worked fine. This order was a nightmare. The unit came and would not cool. I tried contacting the manufacturer, but they have turned out to be useless. They have an outsourced customer service who are not employees and although they answer the phone, they do nothing else. Amazon was horrible in getting them to replace the unit. The 1st tier customer service people were awful - obviously working at their homes and were rude, obnoxious, talked over me and hung up on me. I had to argue to get a higher to assist me. They agreed to send a replacement unit but sent the wrong model. Calling Amazon again was a terrible experience. In the end they refunding my money, I have a model that doesn't work, I model I didn't want that does work and need to order some more Advil after dealing with them. ... show more
