Shelled is so nice. I love pistachios, but have no desire to work for them, haha. I dont mind if I am just sitting and snacking (and could use the speed bump that is the shell) but when I want to add them to other foods.. the act of shelling is too much. Glad to be able to pick up shelled as needed. Few things I make: --Pistachio crusted.. anything. I love salmon, and occasionally make a nice simple "crust". Just grind up to whatever powdery texture you want then top your food with it. Also works nice on mushroom "steaks". -- I take a medjool date, take out pit, insert a slew of pistachios, close up and eat. Nice light crunch, sweet chewy taste. Like a piece of candy. The salted works just fine for this. Dip in chocolate for added wow factor. --add to nut, seed, dried fruit mix Sure there are lots of other uses, but these are my primary uses beyond simply tossing some in my mouth.

Love the resealable packaging, the fact that they are properly shelled, roasted and not overly salted (for my taste), and fresh (I ordered directly from Amazon and NOT a 3rd Party seller as I NEVER buy food from 3rd party sellers). With only two retailers left in the continental United States (Wallyworld and AMZN), lots of food prices have gone through the roof since 2019. These are currently a good value for pistachios. Expect their Price-AI Bots™ to notice this soon and jack up the price. Until then, this is the best place I've found online to get shelled and roasted pistachios. Just make sure you get them from Amazon.com as the seller.

I'd ordered these off Amazon because I couldn't find them in my local stores at the time. These were a great purchase because they taste great and have less salt than the other ones, so I feel better snacking on them! I liked the price of them for what I got, but I'd definitely be happier buying off brand for cheaper because they honestly taste the same. I really like that these are shelled ones (or de-shelled, however it's supposed to be said), it makes it easier to eat and have less waste of throwing away shells and even time saving of not trying to figure out how to crack open the shell if it has a small crevice to use.
