LOVE THIS! It is large enough to bring beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas and towels along with some fishing gear for two people. Glides over the sand with minimal effort (not at all like lugging one with regular wheels). We were the envy of the beach with this and were stopped regularly asking us about it. Easy to put together and fold away. The wheels come off and deflate easily for storage. In my opinion made beach trips way more enjoyable and I would buy one again for the price just to not have to schlep all that stuff. Works great and worth it!

The media could not be loaded. Amazing! Every year we’ve bought a wagon that stated “works great in sand” now after our 4th wagon purchase, we finally found the one! This didn't have many reviews so I decided if I got it and loved it I’d write one. It is huge!!! I pack a bunch of things because we spend all day at the beach with little ones. I highly recommend this wagon if you’ve been searching! It pulls so easy! Don’t get me wrong it’s still heavy (when I pack it) but no drag in the sand and I can easily pull it without stoping 20 times for breaks! Obviously it’s huge and you has balloon tires so it’s going to take up room when packing and traveling but still worth it!!! Great quality and sturdy. My son (50lbs) will sit on the tailgate while I pull it as well. Sand cleans out easily and doesn’t affect the wheels at all.

Easy assembly will update after vacation on how well it rolls through the deep sand. Update vacationed in Florida, Perdido Key, Pensacola, Navarre, and Destin. With the soft white sand this cart preformed beautifully, small ice chest, 5 beach chairs, three umbrellas and beach towels etc.. rolled through the deep sand with ease. It held up nicely and broke down for easy storage, if you are looking for a good cart that moves easily through soft fluffy sand this is a great option.

I bought this for Christmas for the sole purpose of being able to pull my elderly 100lb German Shepherd in it, as the beach is our absolute favorite place, and I cannot bear the thought of leaving him behind. He can still walk short distances as of right now, but before long he's not going to be able to. It was a good month before I settled on this wagon and bought it. After hours of research and narrowing it down to a few. I live in the Panhandle, so we have the soft, powdery, sugar white sand, and TRUE "beach wheels" (balloon wheels) are a necessity. There were a couple I was looking at that have 9" balloon wheels. I didn't think those would be big enough with the softness of the sand and the weight that this cart would be carrying. There are also several others that claim to have " beach wheels", but they are actually rubber wheels, and not true "balloon" wheels. I also considered the price difference between just buying a cheap $50 wagon, and converting the wheels to balloon wheels. However, it would be almost $200 just for 4 13" balloon wheels by themselves, and then you get down to axle sizes, whether they are even able to be modified, etc. So I decided against that as I didn't even know if it would be able to be done. The reviews on this one were great compared to the others. I also like that it has the fold down part at the back, which gives more interior space. My dog can lay down in it relatively comfortably. The only gripe I have with it is that getting him into it, he's backwards (so his head is facing the handle, and not the open tailgate. Getting him turned around in it so that he is facing the right way is extremely difficult, as he is quite large, and also weak in his rear end, and the cart also wobbles quite a bit on the wheels when he is standing in it, which freaks him out a bit. But once he is in properly he seems to be quite comfortable. I actually think he is coming to quite enjoy being toted down the beach. 😂 The only other thing is that I wish I could have gotten the large capacity version of this cart, so that he could have more room to turn around, and I could fit more gear in there with him. But unfortunately the large capacity model does not have the fold down tailgate, and an open end or an open side is a necessity for being able to get him in and out. The only other thing I wish it had is one of the stroller handles (like the stroller version). So that I can also push, rather than pull. Pulling the cart over the harder/packed sand isn't too difficult. It really does glide over it. But the softer sand.. really does take quite a bit of work just with the weight of the carts load. And pulling the small handle with both of my arms behind my back is very awkward and uncomfortable. Especially for a long distance. You can push it with the handle as well, of course, but you definitely don't have very much leverage and it does not steer very easily. So it ends up being more work. I feel like stroller handle would make it way easier and less awkward to push, as it would give it more leverage. And even through softer sand it would be more comfortable traveling a longer distance as your body/back, etc would be more upright and in a more comfortable and natural position. All in all though... This cart was pretty much everything I thought it would be, and has performed great the couple times we've used it. I've stopped and rinsed off the wheels at the car wash in my apartment complex after every use, as I want to make it last, and salt is a killer! So far, so good. Looking forward to being able to make many more beach memories with my dog thanks to this cart. ❤️

Works amazing on the sand! We have had numerous beach carts from ones with wide plastic wheels to the smaller inflatable tires, the larger tires this one has makes pulling in the softest sand a breeze loaded with over 60lbs. Quality construction, tailgate is a great feature too. Very stable in the sand, but the wide stance might pose troubles for narrow doorways. I recommend greasing the front bearings for the steering, and do not over inflate the tires, they do not need a lot of air! Overall I would recommend this wagon for any beach goer. Works good on pavement too.

So glad I found this. Was looking to replace 20 year old Wheelez Cart that was starting to rust. Tried another Amazon cart with “balloon” wheels that was very disappointing. This is comparable to the WheelEz products. Wheels are nearly identical and are soft and pliable like balloon wheels should be. Assembly is easy. Cart is a decent size. Wheels are big but one advantage is they can easily be removed to help with packing in the car. When you do that, the cart folds flat. Fold out back is big advantage for long items like umbrellas. Expensive, and it might not last 20 years, but I expect to get several years of beach visits from out. Well done.

This sturdy cart is perfect for our weekly FL treks to the beach! It rolls with ease through the sand and the tailgate feature accommodates the large cool cabana length , my longer lounge chairs and then some! The back beach wheels do not swivel just the front ones do but this doesn't seem to be a problem at all. They also easily disconnect to load and store the cart in the car which will also lighten the cart for lifting into the car! The only negative would be that once folded the cart doesn't have a wrap to hold it in place, but we solved that problem with a couple of velcro straps. You could also use a luggage strap or large bungee cord. We have only used it three times this season and everyone stops us to ask where we purchased it.!

This is the easiest cart to pull through sand. 13 inch wheels are a must. Cart is well made and easy to put together. It is deeper than my last cart which is great. Worth the price!
