Even though the smallest size (XS) didn’t work for me, it’s still a nicely made wetsuit. I’m just too short for it to fit correctly. It wasn’t snug enough around my stomach and back, just a smidge too loose, and the legs were baggy from the knee down (I have a 27" inseam). When I tried it on, it immediately felt warm, which is a great sign for anyone it fits properly. The zipper design is fantastic because the long leash makes it easy to zip up on your own. I’m honestly disappointed it didn’t work out because it’s such a cute suit, and the color is exactly what I wanted. Overall, I’m returning it due to fit, but it’s a solid choice for someone with a taller or longer frame.

This wetsuit fits pretty good. I am 120lbs, 5’4 and I got a size xs (comparable to size 6 in women’s wetsuit sizing). For reference, I’m usually a 0 or 2 in women’s clothing. They are supposed to be TIGHT. Skin tight!! It should be hard to get on and off. If it’s too loose it can’t insulate your body properly and you will get rashes from it rubbing!. Pro tip: they are easier to get on and off in the water.

I purchased this for my fiancé because she gets very cold when we’re out kayaking or in the water. I put off doing the review for a while as we’ve only used it once. After putting it on a second time we did see that some of the areas by the stitching aren’t made so great.(Photo attached) other than that the fit is good, she finds it easy to put on and take off and has no issue with the zipper… All good things for someone who doesn’t have a lot of wetsuit experience. it’s a good value but if it’s something you’re going use frequently, I do have some quality concerns..

Ok. I'm a New Yorker in Texas. What else needs to be said. I will swim until there's ice, which there isn't so give me a suit and I'll swim in the pool. They all think I'm crazy but having the pool to myself....perfect. Runs a little big, zipper is great, warmth is wonderful. Had two piece before, love this.

runs large - sizing seemed way off and without shape, open to water intake - warmer than chafe guard but difficult to get off. Wore once - would not buy again. material is very durable but I wont be using it

So let's start with the price, it is incredible for a wetsuit! The quality is up there also, the zipper works well and the fabric is thick and hardy, I imagine this lasting well even with the roughness of the ocean floor and coral and such. I do think it runs a little small but I know that is hard to tell with wetsuits since they are obviously made to be really tight. The smell was really off putting and I see everyone else had concerns as well. No matter what I do, mine is not airing out. I have left it outside for months! BUT I do feel that it may be common for the type of material, but I have bought other suits online before and did not experience the smell on those. If you can get past the smell, then I think this is a great purchase but may need to size up!
