Thee have held up great! On any given day I clean out 5 stalls and wash a few horses. They are completely waterproof! I walk in them for many hours a day and best of all they clean up so easily! I have changed the inserts due to so much waking I do in them, but other than that, they are my go to shoe daily. I have two pair that I switch out every other day. I love these shoes so much. And the other great thing is they are SO light!! Unlike other barn bouts that are so heavy and my legs hurt at the end of the day, these are my all time favorite.

Update: nearly on year 2 of wearing these boots daily and they are not about to quit. In the spring and fall I hike 3+ miles a day sometimes 5 days a week. Rain, snow, muddy trails, pastures, power washer - my feet stay dry. Double socks for pretty warm. Best shoes I've EVER owned. The soles are worn but probably another year or two left if not more. The suede is harder to clean, as suspected, so I brush them off occasionally and don't bother with polish. --original review: So far I am happy with these I hope they will last me a long time. They feel durable and sturdy. I may even get another pair. However - I was expecting these to be a smoother/hard finish leather from the picture, they actually feel soft like suede, maybe they will lose their fuzz but I worry they will be hard to clean stains off of. Don't know but willing to give it a shot. To start I ordered size 8 (as it says to order true to size) but they were way too tight and returned for 8.5. At time of ordering brown was not available in 9-10 or I may have ordered up further as I like to wear THICC socks and change insoles. If I do order in the future I will most likely get at least size 9. I am satisfied and able to wear my socks with 8.5. I found the Sorel insoles to be comfortable on their own but I ended up taking them out and just wearing the boots for awhile as they felt even more comfortable with a little more breathing room. I have since gotten insoles more focused on arch and bounce in the heel with nothing under the toe area and I'm finding this combo great for working in.

When I buy boots, I look at three key things: fit, noise, and versatility. This pair knocked all three out of the park. FIT— I have short, wide feet (usually around a size 6, and I opt for wides when I can). I sized up to a 7 for these and, while they’re definitely more narrow than my other shoes, they are not uncomfortably narrow at all. My husband remarked that they’re a bit longer than my other shoes, but only by half an inch or so. My feet feel secure and comfortable. They’re remarkably soft on the soles of my feet as well! We’ll see how they hold up to a day of walking, but I have high hopes. NOISE — **I’ll update this review when I’ve worn them on a rainy day** but for everyday wear, they’re remarkably quiet. As a matter of personal preference, I don’t like wearing loud, clomp-y boots. The rubber soles on this pair allow me to walk around silently, just the way I like. (Update: wonderful on rainy days too!) VERSATILITY — These are gorgeous, stylish boots. They’re also remarkably versatile, which is what I was looking for. They’ll work well with my spring-summer-fall wardrobe and I’m looking forward to seeing how they hold up in the winter as well. I’m not planning to wear these hiking (I have other boots for that job) but this pair seems like they’d transition easily from the trail to an evening on the town. I think they’ll become my go-to pair while traveling!

The first day wearing these they felt a bit tight, but they feel perfect now and they slide in beautifully. I prefer to wear long socks with these as my right leg gets a little rubbing from the top of the boot if I wear them with short socks. My feet are 100% dry, comfortable, and they look really good too. I might even buy another pair and my husband is jealous because he wants some for men. These are so perfect for working in the garden but also just vital for any Pacific Northwesterner.

I used these boots during a recent international trip. They were comfortable right out of the box. I wore them for at least 12 hours a day, walking continuously. While I was expecting rainy conditions, I was not expecting that we'd be walking in mucky mud in the countryside. Not only were they completely waterproof, they cleaned up easily in a nearby stream. Exactly what I had been looking for AND MORE!

I always wear a 7.5 in women’s shoes. I read some reviews stating these ran small but decided to chance it. I wish I would’ve sized up. They did stretch some after wearing them around the house but I would like a little more room.
