Omg I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I bought. I typed in a specific store “the big chill” bc I originally got a coat from there that I loved and wanted another. I got it in a different color, but ordered it in a 5xl bc my other coat is a 3xl and is starting to fit a bit snug on my arms bc I’ve gained some more weight that’s gone to my arms (menopause with thyroid issues suck!). I get this coat in and i was surprised about how thin it was (def wouldn’t keep you too warm) and then in my arms it was completely so tight. I instantly was confused how my 3x one fit perfectly but this 5x doesn’t, then I realized it was another company. I know other companies can run small but I went up TWO SIZES, I’m still am surprised how a 5x doesn’t fit my arms but a 3x does (just a bit snug). Then when I return they make you pay for s&h? That’s unprofessional especially when they lie about sizing! Edit: I was just thinking about their rules which makes no sense. It literally says “you do not need to return the original item for a size exchange” so I don't have to return the original item for a size exchange PLUS they’re gonna send me another whole coat because of the wrong size. Yet when I don't want their item because the quality and size is wrong, then I still have to pay them Shipping to return it so that I can get my money back that, that literally makes no sense. I do not understand that…….

This took over a month to arrive! It’s small so size up. When it gets wet the color bleeds into the light color fur, looks cheap is very thin. Amazon was supposed to refund because when I called it hadn’t arrived, over a month later but then miraculously shows up. Huge disappointment

I am sorry to say that I ended up sending this jacket back.....the sizing didn't fit right. I was too big. But the one thing that bothered me is that there's loops to put around the oblong buttons down the front of the jacket and it doesn't come together. There was about a 3 inch gap. If you are going to leave the jacket open then it would look great but if you wanted to close the front of the jacket then it doesn't look very good! I was really disappointed because it looked so nice in the picture. Hopefully I will have better luck picking out a jacket next time.
