The shorts are not true to size, and the stretchiness makes them bigger. I never wore the shorts except to try them on. I've washed the shorts multiple times to try to get the fit I'm looking for, and unfortunately, due to the impressive quality, washing and drying the jeans multiple times does not impact the fit. ... show more

Update: I've washed these shorts twice, once in regular detergent and once in Woolite, then I hung them in the sunshine to dry, and they still REEK. They stink of mildew or bad breath or something nasty. So sad, because I love the look, length, and fit of these so much that I bought two.
