The material had a slight smell of fish and I aired the purse out since I have received it to no avail. I have never met that before and I have ordered a lot of purses from Amazon. Also, if you have a large phone with a case, the outer pockets do not fit it. But the material is solid. The fact it had rounded long shoulder straps which made it to be carried on the shoulder was what caught my eye. The straps are very comfortable. The stitching did not have issues, the large is huge and it had a middle zip compartment and pockets on the sides. But the deal breaker was the smell and the other pockets.
