The media could not be loaded. Love it. I’m 256 lbs I brought a large an it fits perfect. I was skeptical at first but it’s comfortable and breathable. Great quality, worth every penny. The stretchiness is great. It isn’t hard to wrap.

Okay so I've been searching for a waist trainer for years and have been skeptical about trying them especially the expensive ones because I wasn't able to commit to a healthy life style yet, but now that I have been taking my diet and exercise into account, I felt why not just try it, especially since I've already lost some weight on my diet. This product does tighten up your core, and love handles, but it will push your upper back and arm fat over the top lol so don't think that it's magic, my stomach doesn't hang, I just look like I'm about 5 months pregnant all the time 🤣 for the money I would say that it's worth it, but you will need to diet and exercise to get the shape that you want. Also I ordered a size Large because I am 5'7 & 176 lbs. But they sent me a Medium, honestly I'm glad that they did because I think the large would've been too big to be efficient. I feel like the product also provided back support which is great because I've always struggled with back pain because of my scoliosis. The material is high quality but it does roll down a little on the top🤷🏽♀️ I still think it's worth it though. Will update if necessary.

Omg! The best back sincher. Is not only to keep sinch for exercise as much for me it helps with my posture since I have a real bad back. Keeps my back in check, flexible, not to tight, but you can make as tighten as you feel. If i lose more weight i might need size large soon, bc i order an xlarge. Im 38 weist, its good.Great item. It's a keeper!

Well…… I’m going to go with thumbs down Very uncomfortable rolls and bunches into side rolls , hurts a lot. Now I did size down 1 size but if you can’t size down your shape wear then what’s the point??, like honestly. But the biggest disappointment was the lack of coverage in length, what ever way I try to position it either there’s no coverage at the top and the top section of my stomach gets pushed up and resulting in my boobs sitting directly under my chin, which might sound good but when you are big breasted trust me it is not. If I try to pull it up my stomach hangs out of the bottom. I would say the best feature is the back support. The difference in how my back felt before and after putting in on or taking it off was immediately noticeable which would be top tier if it was a back brace , but it’s not. Going to return may exchange for a bigger size though……
