After trying out about 5 other makeup bags, I feel like I finally found the bag I was looking for. The price is a bit high but depending on what you're using it for, I believe it is a great quality bag for on-the-go or everyday use. This makeup bag is not too big or small in my opinion (look at dimensions ppl!). The material feels like high quality puffy nylon material which I don’t mind, I find it easier to clean. I appreciated the design having the brush slots in the bottom compartment for easy access as I’m using my makeup. You can fit about 8 brushes depending on the size. It can be a little top heavy depending on what you utilize the top compartment for + the brushes. I also really liked that my foundations are able to be upright neatly instead of laying down and still be able to zip the bag up. The top compartment is slimmer with 2 zipper pockets, where I was able to store 2 setting sprays and other small miscellaneous items and it still closed nicely. This bag will make a great bag for traveling and or a gift to someone else.

I needed a new makeup bag from Vera Bradley the other one was about 20 years old and the only thing I dislike about this bag you have to have it pretty much filled up for it to stay up but that's okay it serves its purpose

My wife had been searching for a small makeup bag, so when I found this one, I decided to give it a try, hoping she would like it. I knew she was a fan of Vera Bradley products, but I wasn’t sure what to expect from a makeup bag. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The exterior has a quilted look that reminds me of the trendy puffer-style jackets. It’s lightweight but seems durable enough to hold everything she wants to pack into it. The interior is well-designed with two zippered pockets, two slip pockets, and approximately eight elastic loops for makeup brushes. It’s not large, but it’s just the right size for carrying the essentials, measuring about 9 inches wide, 6 inches high, and 6 inches deep. The quality of the bag is impressive, consistent with other Vera Bradley products we’ve owned. I expect it will last her for several years, and the fact that it’s made from recycled nylon is a nice bonus. Overall, she’s very happy with the bag, and hopefully, it will help her streamline what she carries when traveling.

You can fit a surprising amount of cosmetics in this bag. The top compartment has two pockets that take up the entirety of the width and depth of the bag. The zippers on those pockets glide smoothly and the pockets are made from a stretchy, but strong fabric. The main compartment is large and has open pockets, one large and two small, on each of the longer sides. The top part of the main compartment has loops to hold makeup brushes in an assortment of sizes. There is a transparent flap cover for where the bristles of the brushes would go. The zippers for the two compartments are large and glide easily. These zippers have nylon pulls attached. The zippers for the inside pockets are regular size and glide smoothly, as well. The quilted fabric on the outside is nice and thick. The inside lining is wipeable, which is nice for wiping cosmetic dust away. The top of the bag has a handle that is a nice size for grabbing and it feels sturdy. I’m very happy with this cosmetics bag and will gladly recommend it.
