Tried to remove a link, but the link removal tool that came with watch didn't work. Took it to a jeweler. The self-winding doesn't work. The watch doesn't keep correct time. It looks pretty.

I bought this watch as a Christmas gift to myself after a tough 2021. It is certainly worth the money, looks fabulous, and fits comfortably. My hands are small so I had to remove some of the links for the perfect fit, but it's an all-round good buy. I would recommend this watch to anyone.

The watch is very pretty however you must be careful when you buy it. The first one I bought broke a week after I bought it, I had to send it back because of the pin. The company was fabulous for Shipping me a new watch even before I sent the old one back. They were very great to work with and stood behind their product. I only gave it a three star because after having the watch for a few months now, it’s still very beautiful but it is not keeping accurate time.The company stands behind their product.     • This watch is the quality and beauty of watches normally found in better jewelry stores.
My wife LOVES this watch! I highly recommend this watch. My experience with the supplier was first rate. Frankly, the lower marks given by a few other reviewers could have been solved by either following the great directions and/or taking the watch to any reputable jeweler for a band adjustment.
