These definitely fall under the legging category rather than yoga pants. The material is thinner and stretchier than most yoga pants, and the fabric doesn’t feel as durable or high quality. They’re slightly see-through, though that’s not noticeable if you wear a longer shirt or tunic. They have about a one-inch elastic waistband at the top and fit true to size in every way. I’m 5'6", and many yoga-style pants tend to bunch up at the ankles, but these fit perfectly in length—laying flat right where leggings should. I also like that they come in a 3-pack, which makes them a good value despite the thinner material. I’ve decided that despite the material being a bit see-through, I’m going to keep them and wear them around the house because they’re very comfortable. They also have a higher waist that stays in place and doesn’t roll down while walking. The thinness of the fabric would also make them great for layering under other clothing. ... show more

Just a step above pantyhose. Wanted simple legging to sleep in but will return. These are a mix of a cheap drifit shirt and pantyhose. The material will not be conducive for sleeping.

I personally think these are too thin to wear on their own without a longer top or tunic. They don’t pass the bend-over test and are see-through, so I wouldn’t consider them true “athletic leggings.” There’s very little support, and the waistband is quite thin with no pockets or compression.
