I wish it was just slightly wider, so the ends of the zipper didn't scratch my laptop going in. But otherwise it's great. I've carried it almost daily for the last 7 months and it still looks and functions as it did on day 1.

This bag is cute and it some good storage options (pockets) for keys, phone, wallet. While it will technically hold my laptop vertically (not horizontally), the top of the laptop sticks out of the bag so it can't be closed and isn't fully protected. Probably better used for an iPad or other tablet. It is slightly padded inside, but I don't think it would stand up to being dropped. There is also not really a convenient place to store the power cord or the mouse. It's fine for walking from my house to my car and then car to my office/desk and back, though, which is really what I wanted it for.
