so I purchased this because it looks like my husband he spent $300 on his and of course this one is not quite that expensive. The quality is pretty cheap. The one thing I did notice going down the highway is that you can really hear everything sound wind everything. I did not like that. I have to put my earbuds in and order to keep the noise out of my ears thing. I noticed it’s not tight around my head like it’s supposed to I got the right size and I think if I got a different size, it may not work well so I really don’t know if I would recommend this unless you like it ... show more

Cheap plastic helmet...I seriously doubt this thing actually has DOT approval, since you can buy the DOT stickers anywhere. Fits on the head like a salad bowl, very uncomfortable and unusable.

I would love to give this helmet a better review, but the seller is terrible. So my review is largely 2 stars because of them. I ordered this helmet, and the buyer does not honor amazon prime. That was the first frustration. Then the shipping prices were $12, or over $60... ridiculous price for shipping. I chose the $12 shipping. The item came from China to California in a couple days. Then it cleared customs. After clearing customs it sat in California for almost a week. Then it finally moved to a city about two hours away from my address. It arrived there at 11 AM. Then it didn't get shipped yet again. So I figured it would be here Monday. On Monday it still hadn't left the other city. So I contacted customer service, who told me it wouldn't arrive for almost another month. Long story shortened. I took screenshots of the whole bait and switch, and asked where my attorney needs to send my complaint. They passed me onto "escalations" who then told me it would be there almost a month later. I told them I didn't appreciate them intentionally holding the item I paid for, or the bait and switch on my prime membership, and told him I was screenshotting every message for my laweyer. They abruptly ended the chat session. Without resolving ANY issue, or answering questions. They intentionally deflected me, knowing they are legally wrong. Moments later I checked my tracking and it said it would arrive the next day... The helmet itself fits me well. I based the size off of my fly racing helmet. The clips for the removeable mask seem quite flimsy, but seem sturdy enough for most of my needs. There is an excessive amount of wind noise while riding, which Isn’t a huge deal for me. I love the quick release strap. The padding feels comfortable. When the visor is down, while sitting still it can fog up. When riding the ventilation seems to clear it right up though. The helmet is nice for coldish weather so far. I think it would also be great for hot weather with the ventilation. If I were to rate the helmet itself it would be 3.5-4 stars, but find a different seller, or get something similar from Revzilla or somewhere reliable, that cares about commerce laws, and customer satisfaction. ... show more
