I've tried many work out vests but thiis is the best by far!!! It has a few different ways to hold the plates where you want. I've had it for almost a year and it hasn't disappointed. The plats don't move while I run, easy access to change them out and adjust where they are. You can also adjust the shoulder straps and of course the mid section. I like the should straps and the padding. The others I've tried dig into my neck. It's held up well and i don't see any wear or tear. I may need to get another in a different color so I can have a few in different weights. ... show more

The vest is amazing. The plates fit great. The velcro holds it all in perfectly. I have one complaint and that's the one size fits all. Withe velcro fully adjusted it just barely fits. I'm 6'3" and 308 lbs. It barely fit me. It does fit so I'm thankful for that just maybe your next vest might go a touch bigger.
