I've lately started feeling knee and hip pain which has been affecting my life and especially my Crossfit workouts which are very intense. I tried using the WODFitters pain relief roll-on, and it was amazing! The cooling sensation felt so good on my skin, and I could feel the pain easing away. I loved how easy it was to apply with the roll-on applicator, and the gel-like consistency made it spread easily on my skin. As I've gotten older (over 60), I've ended up with arthritis and other joint problems that range from mild aches to "dang, that really hurts" to "Congratualtions, ma'am. You've won the Need Knee Joint Replacement lottery." Now, at almost 4 years out, I still have some nerve issues from the surgery and standing in line anywhere is guaranteed to have me unhappy a couple hours later on. This joint & muscle therapy roll-on does seem to be helping when used daily-- first thing in the morning, last thing at night before bed, and during the day if I've done something rather stupid to cause the knee to flare up. While it goes on more as a liquid than a gel, it dries fast and the minty smell is pleasant rather than overpowering-- think mint tea vs VaporRub, strenght-wise. The price does seem a bit high for only 3 ounces, but it seems to take very little product to help relieve my various aches and pains. Bonus points that it's made in the USA by a small business. At this point, I'm much inclined to re-order to see what my doctor has to say at my next appointment. If he sees the improvement in pain and flexability that I do, so far, then I will definitely want to continue using this product. It's better than relying on various medications constantly!

I've never tried joint and muscle cream before. The discomfort I feel is only enough to remind me that I'm overworking my muscles. So I was especially eager to give this WODFitters roll on a shot just to see if it would provide any relief. This roll-on application performed admirably, dispensing a generous amount of product to my calf area. It goes on wet but dries quickly, leaving no residue or greasiness behind. I'll also mention that it has a very strong peppermint aroma that doesn't fade quickly. It gets into one's nose and stays there for a while. Aside from that, it's not something that bothers me. I'm just wondering if the aroma needs to be that strong when applied.

It works but takes some time This is WODFitters Joint & Muscle Therapy Roll On for Fast Effective Joint Pain and Muscle Soreness Relief for Hip, Knees, Shoulders, Back, Hands, Feet, and Sore Muscles On The Go. I bought this for my hubby who has leg muscle pain. He wanted something that was not greasy and provided fast relief. I used the roll-on. He felt after 15 mins relief. The problem is intermittent so it has not been used on a daily basis. So far, he is pleased with the results. It's a bit pricey for the amount in the roll-on.

As a paraplegic and very active wheelchair user, I'm often looking for options to address joint and muscle pain. I especially am considered about shoulders because I do a lot of wheeling throughout the day. WODFitters is a roll-on joint and muscle therapy described as having a "deep-penetrating proprietary formula." Ingredients include water, Isopropyl Alcohol, Peppermint, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Menthol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil, Camphor, and a handful of others. It's a unique combination weaving together the usual ingredients found in this type of product along with some more unique options. This 3-ounce roll-on has a cap that unscrews easily and applies easily. It's described as being a gel, however, it applies with almost a liquid consistency. This is made in Virginia and is not animal tested. It also had the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Seal. There's definitely a scent to this. So, if you react to scents you may want to be a bit careful. There's a definite feeling that happens when it is applied to the skin. The minty scent dominates, however, it does fade after a bit. I do experience some relief in the shoulders when I use this. At this price point, I'm not sure I'd call this a good value. It's a more premium product that performs well and does do what it's supposed to do. I'm not completely sold that it performs better than other products, however, it is one of the better roll-ons I've used and I have tried a few. I'm not sure I see this becoming a daily part of my regimen, however, on those days I'm especially struggling with sore shoulders this is a simple and effective way to relieve those joint and muscle aches and I love having this as an option to help me get through my work day or a busy daily schedule.
