I have used many dermal patches over the years and I know a good one when I use it. The adhesion to my skin is fantastic! Usually the patch begins to detach before you can get your shirt etc back on. Not these. I can’t speak to how well they will stay on if you’re sweating but I’m gonna try them when I’m working outside. And they stretch some so the coverage is great. Try this one before you buy any other brand.

Honestly, I was surprised by how well this patch works. I slapped it on where I was feeling the most tension, and within minutes, I started noticing relief. I have bought these patches multiple times and it definitely is a great product for its price. It works for the pain well. I will say it does fall off easy, especially if you exercise and can NOT go in the shower. Forgot to take off once and it was sticky like all over the patch. They are very stretchy and you can use tape to keep them on longer.

These patches seemed to deliver the same pain relief as the name brand ones. But they did not adhere as well. I was using mine on a bendy place, the hip, and they peeled off half way through the day. So I applied a second. They are a great price but I had to use twice as many

I think these stay in place VERY WELL, much better than the Walmart brand did, and I was reasonably satisfied with that brand, too. . These just stay in place exceptionally well. I have an injured ankle and, strangely enough, these generic Lidocaine patches do provide some relief. I wouldn't think of putting these on an ankle, but even with all the typical ankle contours and the fact that the patch must be expected to slide in an out of a sock or shoe, these patches are holding up extremely well. Highly recommend.

Like most lidocaine patches, these are a medicated gel coating on stretchy fabric. They stick well, but do not irritate my sensitive skin. The cool gel helps with my pain immediately and the lidocaine starts working a few minutes to half an hour later. It lasts for twelve hours, and the adhesive keeps the patch in place that whole time. I even use them on the bottoms of my feet and can carefully walk around in socks and shoes without displacing them. I do make sure to cover them with pajamas or socks when sleeping to make sure I don't rub them off on my sheets. They're not hard to use, but also not the easiest. The individual foil pouches must be cut open. Their plastic backing is split in the middle to make it easier to peel and allow you to remove half the backing and partially apply the patch before removing the rest. Because the fabric is so flexible and stretchy, the patch is very likely to end up stuck to itself if you remove the whole backing at once, but it's easy enough to fix and still works just as well. The fabric is so stretchy that you can shape it to better fit your contours, including stretching it to eight inches long. It's about average in thickness, with a felt-like texture.

These are not prescription strength Lidocaine patches, but I can tell they are helping my shoulder pain from a torn rotator cuff. They are soft and fuzzy, and easy to apply. The only thing is, depending on where you put it, it is probably going to come off before 12 hours. Mine kept getting stuck to my scrub tops at work (I’m a nurse) and rolled itself up until it was only touching my skin in a very small area. I suggest cleaning your skin well with alcohol, letting it dry completely, then putting some strong medical tape along the edges to hold it down.
