The straps are breathable and DO NOT PINCH the armpit area as do a lot of other upper back braces. I am older and slowly developing rounded shoulders. This brace is the ultimate solution for me. I got this for my sister in law because she was having back pain and posture issues, and she actually really likes it. she says it helps keep her shoulders straight and gives good support during the day. the material feels comfortable and not too tight, so she can wear it for longer time. after using it for a few days she said she can feel some improvement already. overall it’s a good product and worth buying.
