The soft close hinges/doors work perfectly! Everything lined up without a single issue during assembly, which I did by myself, even though the directions literally say it's a two person job. I should have looked at all the dimensions when buying, I was more concerned with the width for a future tv upgrade, but this TV stand is very short, less than 18" in height. ... show more

With the size of this product it could be way more pre-assembled. The instructions aren’t very helpful at all and confusing at times. Half the stuff isn’t labeled so it became guess work. Final product is great. It is a heavy duty, sturdy piece of furniture. It will absolutely support a TV and storage, no problems at all. It has a clean, white look to it and is easy to clean off. The end product was warped and didn't fit together well. I can build one from cutting the tree down to milling it lumber, to actually cutting the pieces from stock. I am absolutely sure I put it together correctly. If it wasn't screwed up it would have been a nice inexpensive piece for someone. So overall let me say this is a cute nightstand and the leg lights are such a neat feature. I would say this is a great “value” tv stand. I got this to fit my 65 inch tv and it fits but there isn’t much room for anything else up there. I do wish it were a bit taller and longer. I wanted to be able to put my PS5 and Switch on the shelf portion and all the accessories in the doors. It fits the N. Switch fine but the PS5 fit with not a lot of breathing room so I didn’t keep it there as I don’t want to risk the game overheating because it’s in a tight space. It does still look cute in my apartment and the shape of it makes it feel more expensive than it is which is nice. When I tellll yaaalllll it took me alittle over 2 hours to put this together!! Entirely too many pieces and the instructions weee alittle confusing in some places. Make sure you have patience when you’re ready to do this. The lights were easy to put on and have many different color options to set it to. When the room is dark it looks very nice and can really work as a night light. Overall this is a great purchase but I would say if you’re planning to put game systems on it or use a tv larger than maybe a 60 inch, I would look for something bigger. ... show more

I liked the finished look. However, it is the most complicated furniture to assemble. There were numerous tiny screws and parts to put together. It is not time-effective.
